Riddhi Chaudhari is a master's student specializing in Human-Computer Interaction Design at Purdue University. Born in India, Riddhi completed her bachelor’s degree in Industrial Product Design, where her curiosity about how people interact with products — and how those interactions shape their opinions — drove her into the world of design. Through her undergraduate studies, she honed her ability to identify and analyze micro-interactions with products and their subsequent effects on user experience.
Riddhi’s design philosophy revolves around critically analyzing a product’s experience while aligning it with the expectations of its target audience. Her goal is to unify user expectations and technology by meticulously designing products with a clear and distinct purpose. As a user experience designer, she is driven by the vision of empowering businesses through intuitive and meaningful designs that enhance people’s lives by leveraging technology.
During her undergraduate years, Riddhi actively contributed to local communities in India through her involvement with Rotary International. She also served as the associate head of the Engagement and Organization Committee at the Model United Nations, where she played a key role in developing strong brand identities, increasing community engagement and raising awareness of the organizations' impact.
Currently, as a graduate assistant with MEP, Riddhi takes on leading and supporting roles in communication design and social engagement. She contributes to recruitment efforts and fosters strong student engagement to promote STEM education, aiming to inspire students to excel in their academic and professional pursuits. Through her combined academic, professional and community-driven experiences, Riddhi is committed to designing products that bridge the gap between user needs and technological innovation.
