Walt Eversman, BSAE'59,OAE'08 is being inducted into the Purdue Intercollegiate Hall of Fame. He was a three-year letterwinner as a swimmer from 1956 to 1959 for head coach Dick Papenguth.

Professor Jay Melosh (AAE by Courtesy) and AAE alumnus John B. Hayhurst are cited as architects of an important publication. Both were members of the Steering Committee for NASA Space Technology Roadmaps.

Several events are planned to honor astronaut and Purdue alumna Janice E. Voss, who died Feb. 6 in Arizona of complications from cancer. * On Feb. 24, her family will greet friends and colleagues and celebrate her life from 3-4 p.m. in the Neil Armstrong Hall of Engineering's Kurz Atrium. Leah H. Jamieson, The John A. Edwardson Dean of Engineering, along with the family of Purdue alumna Janice Voss, will be hosting a Celebration of Life reception honoring Janice Voss on Friday, February 24, in the Kurz Atrium of the Neil Armstrong Hall of Engineering.
