School of Aeronautics and Astronautics faculty member, Dr. Michael Grant, engaged the community during his recent talk at the Tippecanoe County Public Library on October 23, 2014.

Dr. Grant, assistant professor and director of the Rapid Design of Systems Laboratory, spoke as part of TCPL’s One Great Read Program. This year’s One Great Read book is the classic children’s novel, A Wrinkle in Time by Madeline L’Engle. The book explores various aspects of science and literature. Dr. Grant’s program, “Let’s Talk about Spaceships,” explored current plans and ideas about how to reach the moon, Mars, and more.
