The Purdue University College of Engineering recognized 30 faculty, lecturers, and other staff from the Elmore Family School of Electrical and Computer Engineering as Outstanding Engineering Teachers for Fall 2024. For this recognition, individual teacher averages were calculated based on six Center for Instructional Excellence teacher evaluation survey questions. These questions rated instructor effectiveness on a five-point scale in undergraduate or graduate classes taught in Engineering with enrollments of 10 students or more and 50% or higher response rates. Courses were divided into four groups based on class size. Instructors with 75 percentile or higher instructor evaluation scores earned the Outstanding Engineering Teachers honor.
