Future Purdue MSE Professor Michael Titus Awarded Humboldt Fellowship
Michael Titus was recently awarded the Humboldt Research Fellowship for Postdoctoral Researchers and will investigate high-temperature, precipitation-strengthened refractory based alloys at the Max-Planck Institute for Iron Research in Düsseldorf, Germany with Dr.-Ing. Dierk Raabe. The Alexander von Humboldt Foundation seeks to "promote academic cooperation between excellent scientists and scholars from abroad and from Germany." Michael's fellowship will commence in September, 2015. He will be joining the Purdue faculty in the fall 2016 semester.
