As we celebrate over 70 years of connecting students and employers through life-changing co-op opportunities, we invite you to join us in making 2026 our most successful year yet!
Employers looking to hire co-ops or interns prior to the 2026 Co-op/Internship Days event we are encouraged to post those opportunities in XEngine and begin engaging with students right away.

Monday, January 26th
Purdue in Indianapolis Co-op/Internship Fair | 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM | University Tower Ballroom - Indianapolis, IN
Our new urban campus location is preparing career-ready students for the jobs of tomorrow through strong industry partnerships to accelerate hands-on learning opportunities, internships and co-ops. This smaller, focused event will showcase students who are studying primarily Engineering (Biomedical, Computer, Electrical, Mechanical, & Motorsports) as well as students in the College of Science and Polytechnic Institute.

PPA Networking Night | 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM | Purdue Memorial Union, South Ballroom - West Lafayette, IN
A casual event where students and employers interact, giving both sides a chance to connect and learn about each other before the Career Fair. This event is run by the Professional Practice Ambassadors (PPA), the official student-led organization supporting co-operative education at Purdue University.
Tuesday, January 27th
Co-op Career Fair | 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM | Purdue Memorial Union, North & South Ballrooms - West Lafayette, IN
An in-person recruitment event giving employers access to first-class students interested in co-op opportunities. Last year, over 1,400 students attended.
Wednesday, January 28th
Interview Day | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM | Purdue Memorial Union, North & South Ballrooms - West Lafayette, IN
Interview students from the Career Fair. Each registration includes two interview tables, allowing employers to coordinate interview schedules and meet with multiple students.
