Johnnay Johnson is a senior and community-driven leader studying public relations and strategic communication as well as African American studies. She is a proud recipient of the Posse Foundation and Emerging Leaders scholarships, which recognize her academic excellence, leadership and dedication to community impact. On campus, Johnson serves as president of Purdue PRSSA, a project leader for the Purdue Student Union Board and a campus ambassador. In June 2025, she joined the Office of Professional Practice. She has led teams, managed events and developed strategic campaigns for real clients, while also supporting initiatives that amplify student voices and foster campus engagement. In her free time, she enjoys reading and staying up to date with the latest pop culture news.
