Professional Career

Ed currently serves as a partner with McKinsey and Company, a global management consulting firm, and is responsible for leading transformations for public and private sector organizations, with a focus on companies and government agencies that manage manufacturing, supply chains and logistics operations. In this capacity, he advises defense and security clients, along with industrial and logistics companies to increase system efficiency. Prior to his work at McKinsey, Keith was an engineer with General Electric Aviation. His work focused on military jet engines with roles ranging from vendor analysis and development of new products to resolving supply chain issues affecting the fleet in the field. He led an engineering and supply chain investigation of quality issues that affected thousands of in-service engines in Iraq and Afghanistan. Throughout his time at McKinsey, Ed has built a transformational program for one of the largest logistics organizations in the world and transformation a major defense program by limiting risk and reducing costs resulting in more than 10% savings in logistics, supply chain and maintenance.
