Milica Slavkovic

Biography

Milica Slavkovic is a Sophomore Artificial Intelligence student with a minor in Computer and Information Technology, focusing on Cybersecurity, at Purdue. She is an Honors Mentor and a Teaching Assistant for The Data Mine Corporate Partners program, collaborating with industry partners on real-world data solutions.

This summer, Milica interned remotely as a Software Integration Intern at DonateEquity, building API-based workflows for a SaaS platform supporting nonprofits. She also served as an Instructor at the University of Sarajevo, leading training on AI models in special education. At Purdue, she is involved in two research projects: one on programming autonomous vehicles and another exploring quantum states in superconducting circuits for quantum computing.

Milica is driven by developing intelligent systems that not only solve complex problems but also do so with transparency, security, and real-world impact. In her free time, she enjoys playing chess and guitar, hanging out, traveling, and building little inventions from wires and wonder.
