Isabel Hardy

Isabel is a 5th year senior in Industrial Engineering who completed three rotations of co-op with Anheuser-Busch in St. Louis, Missouri, one fall internship with Hewlett Packard in Barcelona, Spain, and one summer internship with Medline in Chicago, Illinois. She has also studied abroad at the Universidad de Carlos III in Madrid Spain. Isabel is a teaching assistant for OPP’s ENGR 103 course, and involved in the GEARE program as a GEARE ambassador. She encourages students to step outside their comfort zone and to be curious about different cultures.

As an intern, Isabel participated in a variety of different projects and roles. During her Anheuser-Busch co-op experiences, she enjoyed implementing continuous improvement projects in the System Technology department and the Quality Logistics department.  At Hewlett Packard, she learned more about the quality department role in an R&D setting.

She enjoys being active on campus as she is involved in the Industrial Engineering 200 mentor program and the Purdue Equestrian team. In her spare time, you can find her playing golf or trying out new recipes in the kitchen.
